A place that always makes me want to come back… This wasn’t my first time at Beach Albatros in Hurghada — it was actually my third stay — and once again, it was truly unforgettable. What keeps bringing me back is the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning team, restaurant staff, and everyone in between, you always feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and goes out of their way to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. That level of care makes a huge difference. The rooms are spotless and well maintained, with excellent daily cleaning service. The food is varied and delicious, with something new to try every day, and the restaurant staff are always attentive and polite, which makes every meal enjoyable. One of the highlights for me is how well-designed the resort is for all ages. The beach is beautiful, clean, and safe for kids — perfect for families. There's also a great water park for children, and separate pools for relaxing, so whether you're looking for fun or quiet, you’ll find it here. The whole place is always clean and well kept, which I really appreciate. To be honest, I’m currently staying at another well-known hotel in Hurghada, also famous for its aqua park — but I still prefer Beach Albatros. There’s just something special about it: the warm atmosphere, the perfect balance between relaxation and fun, and the consistent high quality of everything. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this hotel — not just out of habit, but because it always gives me the same amazing feeling. It truly feels like a second home for vacation

I spent a week in this beautiful resort with my family . The atmosphere was great , my family room was spacious and the quality of each service was great . Really brilliant hotel. Probably the most hygienic hotel I've stayed at. Everything was spotless and constant maintenance being carried out to keep the high standards they have set themselves. aqua park was amazing and swimming pool was warm and beautiful Food was good, plenty of places to eat within the grounds and all made fresh in front of you. Staff are amazing , Friendly and happy. Very welcoming people. I'll definitely be back again .

Fun stay

Very family friendly hotel with lots of water slides that the children would enjoy. The location is also very nice with large beach area and nice coral reef area for snorkeling. Food was good and diverse .

The beds in the rooms were not comfortable and it should be better for a 5 star resort. Also the lunch time the buffet was very busy as it open from 12:30 to 3pm and most people come between 1-2 for their lunch which makes it very busy , sometimes you have to wait in the line to take some types of food. I would recommend to extend the hours or alternate timings between the restaurants and not to open them all together at the same time. Other resorts I stayed at usually do that.

Near the aqua park bar whish has alchol drink servise . The bar tender was not good manner, i just wanted to look what make of jin using his manner was not good. And when my wife asked something he said in arabic hasbinallah. We r also müslim we Know what it means. And why there is no bar nearside of aqua park i have to walk far away to take some beer ör wait waiter till come. Beach waiter and aqua park waiter was very good helpfull and good manner . Thanks you so much. Housekeeping stuff very kind and good. Lobby stuff very helpfull kind thank you so much. İt was good vacation for us

Stayed for 5 nights, excellent food, very clean, enough things to keep kids occupied.

The amenities, the food, rooms, and the service was excellent. There are enough water and dry activities available to keep kids and grownups entertained.

Beach wasn't good, some of the amenities are paid (in addition to full-board) which doesn't serve to the full board experience. Beer bar was too far from the Aqua park, and ice creams were available for a limited time (12:30 to 4:30) only.

The staff at Beach Albatros Aqua Park are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. Safety is clearly a top priority—everything feels secure and well-organized. It’s a fantastic choice for families; kids have endless fun in the aqua park and dedicated play areas. The playgrounds are clean, well-maintained, and packed with fun activities. A great selection of restaurants offers delicious meals for all tastes, with plenty of kid-friendly options. The swimming pools are spotless and varied—there’s something for every age and swimmer level. We especially loved the sandy, clean beach with its gentle waves—perfect for children. Rooms and facilities are consistently clean and comfortable. Entertainment and activities keep both kids and adults engaged throughout the day. Overall, it’s a safe, joyful, and relaxing resort that we’d happily return to!

Fantastic faultless 5 star experience!

Our experience at Beach Albatross was amazing from start to finish. The staff are both friendly and professional, and always there to help you when you need anything and even go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. All the staff from the housekeeper, to the kitchen and bar staff, entertainment team and spa team were lovely. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr Hazem Shehata (customer relations manager) and also Ibrahim (catering staff) for making our stay extra special. We will definitely be coming back and recommending Beach Albatross resort to our friends and family. 5 stars!

Great stay at Beach Albatros

Hazam booking a special night for a la carte with very good food and service. Would stay at this hotel resort again. The beach front view from the room was amazing and the pool facilities were very clean, being winter the many heated pools were excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly and kind.

This is my second time to visit Beach Albatros Hotel..Every thing in this place are special ( beach , friendly staff , food , Aqua park , animation team ) .. Special effort from Mr.Hazem was amazing person ..really my sons are very happy and it's my recommended place for any one plan to visit Hurgada ...Also very near to Senzo Mall and Aquarium Hurgada which is very beautiful place to visit your children.

The best trip to Hurghada

Our stay at Beach Albatros was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank the staff there enough. Mr Hajem Shehata went above and beyond for us to make our stay comfortable. The lifeguards, waiting staff and the chefs were also so friendly and helpful. Tariq (our cleaner) was very creative with his towel creations. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting! We will be back and stay at this resort in the future. Worth the money and the experience.

Hotel staff are kind and ready to help. Thanks to welcoming at reception and accept us to make early check-in. Rooms are clean and big. Heated pools are good for kids aquapark and adults. Restaurants are fine and the hotel is on coast line. Activities after dinner are fine. We excited with light show and music performances. Also our kids happy with mini club events at the evening. They had almost no device usage and entertained by pool and events at evening. I advice families and couples or group of friends.

I don't prefer premix or post mix drinks. I wish we could have a chance to have one good beverage instead of unlimited drinks. Also good few drinks. But all we know more is always like this. The price of stay is so good
